Empowering Youth and Adults

Deeper Care is dedicated to supporting youth and adult service users diagnosed with intellectual disabilities or mental health conditions, especially those with past involvement in the criminal justice system. Our holistic approach empowers individuals to lead fulfilling, stable lives through case management and person-centred planning.

Our team works closely with each service user to secure stable housing, develop vital independent living skills, establish supportive social networks, and set achievable, meaningful goals. We create individualised support plans that address each person’s unique needs, helping them build skills in:

• Social engagement and relationship-building
• Personal care and community access
• Financial management and budgeting
• Health and well-being
• Cultural awareness, leisure, and recreation

Deeper Care also provides essential assistance in complying with bail conditions and community treatment orders, helping reduce the risk of reoffending or other risky behaviours.
