Deeper Care is committed to supporting newly arrived migrants and refugees in the Macarthur region, southwest of Sydney, New South Wales. We understand that adjusting to a new culture can be both exciting and challenging. Our person-centred, strengths-based approach aims to promote independence and well-being during this transition.

Settlement Support Services

Our services focus on providing settlement-related information and support, including:

• Advice and Referral
• Advocacy
• Assistance in accessing mainstream services such as Centrelink, Medicare, setting up bank accounts, and enrolling into TAFE
• Training to build employment readiness
• Support with English language acquisition

All services are delivered with a needs-based approach, typically addressing the nine priority areas identified in the National Settlement Framework. Our support helps service users acquire English language skills, engage in education and training, and prepare for employment, complementing other settlement and mainstream services.
