Eligibility for Support Coordination

Support Coordination is available to eligible NDIS participants. You can request this service during your NDIS planning meetings.

NDIS Funding for Support Coordination

To access our Support Coordination services, you must be an NDIS participant with funding approved under "Coordination of Supports (Capacity Building)."

Our Support Coordination Team is Here to:

  • Present a variety of options within the NDIS marketplace tailored to your needs
  • Help you obtain quotes and coordinate Service Agreements with your selected providers
  • Monitor your NDIS plan to ensure adequate fund usage
  • Liaise with service providers, resolving any concerns and ensuring high-quality service delivery
  • Provide progress reports to the NDIA and assist with plan reviews
  • Support your interactions with other government services, such as health, child protection, mental health, and justice services
